Current Indian regulations call for a vaccination certificate or for a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the flight to be uploaded before departure.
If these regulations evolve to impose one week self-quarantining upon arrival as it was for exemple the case in December 2021, the wedding will still take place.
The only reason for which the wedding would be postponed is if new flight restrictions are imposed, making it impossible to fly to India.
